The worst, poor communication takes forever to get authorizations.

The employees help me out a lot of when things I need for help.

My daughter has PCOS she became pregnant, but because she doesn’t have regular periods she has no idea how far along she is.. this medical group has screwed up 4 times on getting her a referral to an OBGYN . She has been trying since beginning of December. SHE still does not have a referral. Be very cautious about letting this group handle your Medical. If you can help it Don’t use them.

you are on your own with this medical insurance the drs have you going in circles to be treated and will black ball you when you give them a negative review
