Thank you so much IMT! I took my laptop for service and to have a program installed. Not only was the price cheaper than best buy, and clear wire service department but they also hooked me up with more than what I paid and asked for. The guy who worked on my laptop was middle aged and I could tell he really enjoyed what he did. I say that because most places will give you just what you paid for and that's it (I know have had problems with my laptop in the past) but he was more concerned about making sure I had all I needed and not just what I initially came in for. I was skeptical because I was referred by a friend and haven't heard of them before. But I'm very glad I went and will be a customer for life!
Worst IT experience ever!!! Their staff is HIGHLY INCOMPETENT! I picked my computer up and the back was not attached and the screws were missing! And even worse my computer was dented, it looks like someone dropped it! Once I got home I realized that important internal parts were missing and had to waste time and money by returning to their office so that they could reinstall the parts they took out. When I asked them what they would do about the fact that my computer was dented while in their care, they played dumb! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE, BECAUSE THEY MAY END UP BREAKING YOUR COMPUTER INSTEAD OF FIXING IT!!!
