He walks you through the issue. Diagnosed within 24hrs, and after fixing it he saw my Widows was installed on my slowest SSD and helped me swap it free of charge. Honestly a great business, great vibe, and amazing service. 10/10 would recommend to anyone trying to get their PC fixed. Treating my PC like its their own.
The owner was extremely helpful even with complex issues involving a server PC build. Offered a quick impromptu service and got back to us quickly. Tested an expensive card in a timely manner and was professional and helpful! Office space and atmosphere was also friendly and he gave us good advice on our build! Highly recommend.

Dropping off my device was easy and quick and I knew I left my laptop in excellent hands especially because my laptop is how I earn a living. I received a text update to pick up my repaired device, I stopped by and it was ready for me and payment was so easy.
