Kyle helped us diagnose the issue right away and we had him change out the wrong part and check everything over to get us over the finish line. Kyle was so great – always answered his texts and phone quickly, kept us updated on the parts and timeline and got everything back to us so fast. He is honest and fairly priced for his labor. Didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. We will definitely be back. Thank you Kyle!
Sure, there are other larger companies that provide repair services for older Macs, and even the new ones if it’s possible. But there’s nobody I’ve ever met in my decades long experience with Mac hardware who is as fanatically committed to service as I have with Kyle. The man lives and breathes MacIntosh. The man has Wi-Fi in his soul and probably bleeds ethernet, but whatever the issue your Mac has, he is the person to take care of it. I had a MacBook Air that had some serious problems with its battery and the OS and I was afraid I was gonna have to throw it away. One day later and it’s the best Mac we have in the house. The building is a little wonky as far as getting to his office but the walk and quality of service is certainly worth the trip.
Kyle is an honest person with a very high level of integrity. I highly recommend him. He is super responsive and his prices are reasonable. You cannot go wrong using Kyle for any computer issue or repair.
My wife's laptop was suddenly without sound. The computer said it could not find an input or output device. I tried the usual fixes and finally contacted Kyle. That was a great choice. With my permission and a simple download he was in our computer with me on the phone. He tried a few things and decided it would be more efficient for me to drop of the laptop for same day service. A few hours later, the computer was fixed, the software updated, unneeded apps removed, the computer cleaned up, tuned up and running better than new. All for the cost of a good lunch. Highly recommend.
Kyle was great to work with! Initially, I was dealing with a corrupted Window OS, which Kyle was able to fix. I decided to upgrade my PC, so Kyle helped purchase and install a new power supply, graphics card, and ram. My computer runs great and the turnaround was quick. Kyle is an incredible professional!
