Dru is very knowledgeable in IT and all devices including windows, and MAC (my issue) seamlessly helped me through understanding my device(s). I believe its important to help customers but he has the passion to help you understand how the computer/phone/tablet functions. I highly recommend going to him for help with any/all devices.
