Worst customer care and terrible service if you’re planning on having a work meeting just hope it doesn’t randomly drop connection. If you try and call the main office they beat around the bush and say, “they’ll call you back.” Don’t hold your breath for that call because it will never come.
Their slogan we give a damn should be taken as false advertising as they in fact do not give a damn. Always a hassle to get help when internet goes down, technician has argued with me several times saying everything looks fine on their end. Paying over 100 dollars for 50×25 yet only getting 35×25 and they fight you on adjusting prices or giving credits. not worth the hassle for slow internet!!!!
Sky Fiber has been great! We have had them for about 3 months now, switched from Charter, and have been completely satisfied since!
Installation was professional and very clean. Joshua Pereyra extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding skyfiber internet services. And yes he gives a Damn! Thanks Joshua for being so respectful !!!
