Great customer service, the technician took time to listen to me and understand the problems I was having with my PC. This is the second time I have used Top Speed, can not say enough about them, and the fast turn around too, my system was fixed in less than a day.
They said it may take 1-2 days to work on my computer but they didn't even start working on it after almost 2 days. I brought it completely charged and they didn't ask for the charger until the second day which they hadn't even started to work on it and said it was dead. I don't know what they mean about top speed and as a computer company you would assume they have computer chargers? Ended up getting my laptop back and nothing was worked on after 3 days. What a waste of time and a joke of a company.
brought in a laptop yesterday. told it was $49.50 to look at it (diagnostic charge). Was worried what actual cost to fix it would be since I bought the computer on E bay for $145 and a large price for repair would not have made sense. Got called back in the afternoon that laptop was repaired and total charge would be $49.50. Everything worked perfectly. This place could have stuck it to me, instead I was treated more that fairly. HIGHLY recommend Top Speed.
