Most times he can remote in and fix any of my myriad of problems without even leaving his office. He not only gets the job done ALWAYS, he also has a great sense of humor and is oh so patient. He never demeans me for any of the stupid things I do to my computer–he is always patient and helpful. If it was possible to give 10 stars I would do it!
