I recently took my laptop to 702 to repair an Automatic Repair error. Upon inspection, the guys found a bad hard drive and then a motherboard error, rendering my laptop useless. I asked how much I owed them and he said they don't charge for diagnosing. When I insisted, she still refused to take my money. How often do repair shops refuse to take money. If my new laptop ever needs repair, I will go to the honest guys.
I brought a nonfunctioning computer to 702 Computer Repair to find out it works just fine. I thought the hdmi port for the monitor was kaput which would be bad as it is connected to the motherboard. Bob opened the computer and discovered the hard drive's cable was disconnected. Bob examined it and diagnosed in front of me. No taking it in a backroom out of sight. He is capable, kind, respectful, and HONEST. When I offered a tip in appreciation of his honesty and time, he turned it down. If I have computer problems in the future, I will definitely bring my computer to him. I hold no reservations about recommending his shop.
