I have a warranty on my phone through my phone provider and have needed to have my screen repaired through a few different ubreakifix stores before and they have been great. Very quick, efficient, kind and worked well with my phone insurance. Recently, I damaged my phone more than what my phone insurance covered and needed to get a new phone. Because of the damage, I wasn’t able to access my black/dead phone screen to transfer any data over. I brought my phone in on my own dime to the Henderson store on Stephanie Street to hopefully have them be able to help me out. Raq was able to put a floating/temporary screen on my phone which allowed them to completely transfer over all of my data and information. I was transferring from an Android to an iPhone, which means some of my apps and notes and things like that did not transfer correctly due to getting a different type of phone. They allowed me to come in and view the floating screen and take pictures of the apps that did not transfer so that I can manually add those in later. Raq went above and beyond what she needed to do to ensure that I got all of my data off of my phone when I didn’t think it was going to be possible at all. Worth every penny! Thank you Raq!

They were able to fix my wife's phone within a few hours. Would definitely recommend them.
They said my Apple Watch needed a new battery and they would order it. 3 days later I was notified my watch was ready. When I came to pick it up 24 hours later I had to wait because the battery needed charging. 10 minutes later they brought the watch out with a battery charge of “9”. The repairs are good but it just doesn’t feel right that small things at a tech repair shop go unnoticed
