Grapevine is so much more than an MSP. We needed a new computer, but decided to build one ourselves for the first time. We were a bit in over our heads, so we decided to give Grapevine a call, hoping they could help. They said no problem!! We brought all our stuff over, and the tech who helped us, James, was so polite and professional. He even explained to us we did pretty good for first timers, said we were almost there, and was thorough in explaining where we went wrong. James had it up and running in no time. Grapevine saved us from so much frustration, and we finally have a running machine!!
