We've been an ECS Imaging customer for a little over 2 year now and their services are been great. Jamie Dunn and his team continually visited our facility and conducted numerous demo's and offered Q & A sessions to get us comfortable with document management and how Laserfiche can meet our needs with digital place-holding, records compliance, and auditing. With their help, in just a few months, I have been able to add a few Laserfiche modules/add-ons to my environment (including Quick Fields, Forms, and Directory Server) and automate countless business processes, saving my employer a lot of time and money. I also want to give special recognition to Frank  one of their software support technicians  who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I've contacted support over 4 complex and separate issues at once, and Frank was able to quickly respond and resolve all 4 issues in one call that took less than an hour. It's tough to find good service, and ECS Imaging has it!
We are a 6,000+ employee County agency and when we decided it was time to upgrade our DMS we went through an RFP. 9 vendors applied (2 were Laserfiche based) and we selected ECS Imaging as the winner. ECS won over the other Laserfiche vendor because of their credentials – largest California Laserfiche VAR and they advertised more tech support employees than in sales. It has been almost 7 years since our transition to Laserfiche and ECS has not disappointed. We have ran into our fair share of issues and they were able to work out a solution.
