I spent 2 hours trying to fix issues and getting nowhere. Contacted and they cleaned things up in about 40 minutes while I did something else. Works great. Cost me $99. Was worth it. Additional offer of $199 per year to service all electronic devices for 1 year. Something I’m giving careful consideration to. 1 year of IT support for all devices for $199 sounds good to me.
