Every time I deal with them, nothing but courteous and professional people. My colleague has called, and myself, multiple times, and they do go above and beyond to assist with your issue without making a trip out there to charge you the hourly rate, if it is something that seems like an easy fix. The building I am a tenant in called them to assist with our phones, and that was when I learned we need a new router to work with all my devices. The gentleman even walked me through on which one to buy, to how to set it up step by step, so that I could save the hourly charge. I used Techonsite to build my business website. J and his crew were very professional every step of the way. They were extremely patient with me as this was the first time I needed help designing a website. Before the project began I agreed on a price for the completion of the website. I was updated frequently with mock ups of how the website would look. If I didn't like the way something looked, all I needed to do was tell them to go back and make the necessary changes. No matter how many changes I was wanting, Techonsite was not charging me any more than what we first agreed upon.
