The "authorized" Mac/Apple service places were going to take at least a week or more and i would be without my laptop. Fantastic service and great people! My laptop needed a battery replacement, and the Apple store said that they'd have to ship my computer to their service center, so I was going to be without a computer for at least 5 days. I called MacMechanic up and was able to drop the computer off the same day. 2 hours later, and I had a brand new battery on my laptop. So fast, and the people working there were so professional and friendly. I highly recommend them!

My computer was fixed in a jiffy, by that I mean they were able to complete the upgrade and get it back to me on the same day. My Mac is now working so much better, so much quicker and my frustration over it's lack of speed and constant beach ball has been resolved. The guys who work there were super nice too. Very smart and accommodating. I recommend MacMechanic and give it 5 stars.
