Steve, the owner, knew exactly the problem with our desktop and fixed it in a timely manner. He charged us a very affordable price. What impressed me the most was how he took his valuable time to talk with us, giving us much appreciated information regarding our computer as well as safety and security information we might need in the future. Steve Harris is amazing! Twice now he has been able to resurrect my beloved all-in-one Windows computer. He is so knowledgeable and walks you through everything, and doesn’t make you feel bad about being a dope. Most of all his service is excellent, and his fees are very reasonable. What an amazing talent Steve is. Ample knowledge both in hardware and software side.it is a definite go to place if you ever have an issue with your electronics especially computers. Steve is a real sweetheart. My cat was sick and he peed on my laptop keyboard and it was a refurbished keyboard that had the hard drive installed upside down which I believe it was the circuit board that was facing upwards when it should have been facing downwards Steve can correct me if I'm wrong it unfortunately was going to require a really heavy duty data retrieval which I couldn't afford right now but I will be back to have him help me with other computers that I have pyramid my husband was a musician and we also help neighbors with their computers and we would either get cash or they would also give us their older computers so I have a plethora that need work. Steve also gets work done quickly….
