Great service when it is working. Down again today, customer service is non existent. Goes to a voicemailnox that has "not been set up". Drove to Old Town to work on a project, 3 hours later came back home with still no internet, no update on when it might come back & no one to call. Will be looking for another provider.
I have been with 3-4 different companies since we moved to De Luz 18 years ago. Believe me, I know the good from the bad! I am a tax preparer and operate out of my home and obviously the internet is key to my business. We recently went to a network system and I was having nightmarish issues with my computer being slow, or worse, bouncing around leaving numbers in unwanted locations on the tax return. Yikes! Aerosurf bent over backwards to resolve my issue and have done whatever is necessary to keep me up and running! I can't say enough good things about their service, availability, and their willingness to do what it took to help me! Kudos! Bryce Gharring
I switched to Aerosurf from frontier because I live in Temecula wine country and frontier was low speed. No spectrum offered. I was told by neighbors and friends that AS was the way to go. I was previously having issues keeping streaming TV and Internet connections going. Since switching I have had no issues with Internet connection. On top of that the customer service has been wonderful. I was trying to connect a new Wi-Fi device this evening and was having issues. I called AS assuming I would leave a message for the next day… to my surprise…a live person answered!! Jason. By the end of our short conversation he had trouble shot all my problems and my new device was connected to the Wi-Fi. I am extatic! I recommend them 100%.
Just moved to Temecula wine country from OC and was worried about slow and expensive service in the hills of Temecula- ironically the previous house owner wrote a note that this “best internet everâ€Â-my neighbors were giving me other options but I decided to try Aeurosurf- GREAT customer service – Jason was responsive kind and efficient and the service excellent! Would HIGHLY recommend and honestly not sure why they would get less than 5 stars- best kept secret in Temecula 😀
