He has performed his magic for us in both big and little ways: Setting up our office network, to helping with identifying virus infected computers or crashed hard drives and coaching us with what to say to get the warranty to cover the repair/replacement costs. His business systems knowledge of how to set up and run a thriving business office in a tech-efficient manner is worth more than his weight in gold.
I took my computer in and explained all of my issues (there were a lot) and he was so very kind and worked on my computer for a long time and also asked me to follow up with him to make sure everything was working fine.
