Super happy with TechFix! When I was looking to get our iPad fixes, TechFix was one of the companies I contacted. They had the best price and were super close to our house! Cameron was very responsive and accommodating. I had my kids in the car and he came out to grab the iPad from me. I got it back quickly and am super happy! From the first phone call Cameron truly listened to what I needed and patiently worked with me- all the while providing quality support for my particular phone issue. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and advised on all repair options and costs. He certainly didn’t skip a beat and was very transparent. I am beyond pleased and truly grateful for the service recieved at TechFix. And, from what I’ve seen personally at their location, they provide every customer with the same amount of courtesy, respect, and specialized attention. That’s just how they operate.
