This company has no idea what they're doing. They have been a nightmare to work with since day one. We got a new machine in 2018 and they were still sending us consumables for that machine a YEAR after that machine was gone! Then switching over the contract took 100x longer than it should have. When we could actually get a hold of someone, correspondence would go up the chain and no one could seem to figure out how to help us. Don't waste your time with these people, very unprofessional!!!
