When I called Vin at Geek Force, he asked me a few questions to assess my dire situation. He felt he had a good chance at helping me and asked me to drop off the drive at his office. I soon got a call back and he said he would be able to retrieve the data using his equipment. He was able to transfer the data to another drive and saved all of my important data! For significantly less cost than I ever imagined. Vin understood the stress I was under and worked promptly to solve my problem. He's very compassionate and honest.
