Academic Dermatology Consultants has been in business since 1986 and have been fortunate enough to have Zybex handle all of our selection of computer equipment and maintenance from maintaining patient records, appointment scheduling, bookkeeping, dictations, pathology & surgical reports and maintenance of entire office network. They have been like a part of our family and have been at the pinnacle of office computization from changes from backup equipment to VHS tapes to Tandberg and now to hard drives. We did not have a single down day except of upgrading of equipment or transferring of data after performed hours. On a few occasions they were able to access our problems remotely and beginning 1990 setup our office manager to work remote 3 days a week. Through the year 2k debacle, we did not have any issues as the clock ticked down to 2000.
