Onsite has been such an integral part of my work life for the last 2 years! I relocated then and needed my entire home office set up and switched to a VPN connection with a VOIP phone system. This process went astonishingly smooth, with very little, if any, down time. Of course, there were many little kinks and tweaks to our system, especially since our equipment wasn't the very latest version. If they couldn't solve an issue immediately, they would research and come back to fix it in a timely manner. Derrick and Nick have been with me every step of the way setting up my desktop and laptop systems, including the dual monitors, docking station and multiple software upgrades. I really feel like it is due to them that I'm able to continue working remotely in a fully-functional office at home. I would highly recommend their services. My only wish is that they opened the office earlier. 😉 (I'm two hours ahead of CA now)
